Cross Glazier Reed Burroughs PC is excited to announce that nine of our family law attorneys have been selected to the 2021 Indiana Super Lawyers® lists.
Eight attorneys — James Reed, Monty Woolsey, Mark Glazier, Nancy Cross, Kathryn Burroughs, Amy Higdon, Natalie Snyder, and Lana Pendoski — have been named to the 2021 Indiana Super Lawyers list. This list recognizes only the top five percent of attorneys in the state every year.
Additionally, Beth Barnes has been selected to the 2021 Indiana Rising Stars list, which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys under age 40 in each state.
Indiana Super Lawyers
James Reed focuses his practice on counseling cohabitating partners and representing partners (both business and personal) in the conclusion of relationships. James has been included on the Indiana Super Lawyers list for over 15 years.
Mark Glazier, a registered domestic relations mediator and trained collaborative law professional, has been chosen to Indiana’s Top 50 lawyers list this year. He has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers for over 15 years.
Nancy Cross has been selected to Indiana’s Top 50 and Top 25 Women lawyers lists this year. Nancy devotes her practice to areas that include complex divorce litigation, mediation, and appellate work. She has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers for more than 15 years.
Kathryn Burroughs is included on Indiana’s Top 50 and Top 25 Women lawyers lists. Kate focuses her practice on matrimonial and family law mediation including premarital and cohabitation agreements, and divorce. She has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers for over 13 years.
Lana Pendoski, a family law practitioner and registered domestic relations mediator, also provides parenting coordination services in high-conflict divorce and custody cases, and represents children in Hamilton County as a court-appointed guardian ad litem. This is her third year being selected to the Indiana Super Lawyers list.
Natalie Snyder focuses her practice on areas such as domestic litigation and alternative dispute/peacemaking processes, and works with high-conflict families. She has been included on the Indiana Super Lawyers list since 2018 and selected to the Rising Stars list from 2012-2015.
Amy Higdon dedicates her practice to areas including divorce, paternity, and post-dissolution matters. This is her fourth year being included on the Indiana Super Lawyers list. She previously was selected to the Rising Stars list for seven years.
Monty Woolsey focuses his practice on areas including complex property division, custody, and mediation. He has been included on the Indiana Super Lawyers list for over 15 years.
Indiana Rising Stars
Beth Barnes represents clients with various family law issues such as emancipation, child support, adoptions, and protective orders. She has been selected to the Indiana Rising Stars list for seven consecutive years.
